Nexgboard Segway Hoverboard is a fantastic and absolute fun and excitement device to have, but sometimes things go wrong. Either the product developed a fault, or is damaged, or is no longer required. Whatever is the reason we want you to love every order from us, so we’ve made returns as easy as possible for you:
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return goods within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned unused in their original packaging with no marks or defects. If this is not the case, then we will be unable to accept your return.
How to Return
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and return the item by courier to address below.
- You may wish to buy appropriete insurance to protect your return from lose or damange during transit.
- Please enclose a note mentioning your name, order number, your contact number and the reason for return.
- Please allow us 4-5 days after the item arrive to process your return.

If you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable return policy detailed below.
Faulty on Arrival: In the unlikely event that your item arrives defective or damaged in transit please inform us within 3 days, take a picture of the damage and its packaging to support your claim, we will exchange it with a new item as long as you have contacted us within 3 days and returned the item.
Faulty Return: If the item become faulty within 12 month we will repair it free of charge, no refund or replacement in this circumstances and buyer to bear the postage cost, the item must be returned in appropriate cardbox packaging if the original box is missed, we may charge for packaging cost if the item is returned without appropriate cardbox packaging. This is due to strict packaging guideline imposed by the courier company.
Unacceptable Return: If the item is become faulty due to accidentally damage, water or mud damage or improper use without reasonable care by the user, battery not been charge every month, we will not accept return under any circumstances, however it can be repaired at buyer cost if it repairable.
Unwanted Goods – within 30 days – Return Policy: Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of receiving your order provided the item have never been used and remains in a saleable condition with original packaging. We will refund the price of the item after we have inspected the goods and confirmed the condition of the goods as appropriate for a refund, we will charge restoring fee of £25 to cover our admin cost.
Please Note: If you return an item that is used, damaged, not in the original packaging or otherwise not in a saleable condition as brand new item, then Nex G Mobility shall not issue a full refund to the customer, and will ONLY refund the purchase price minus the costs of remedying the damage the item has sustained. In the case of where the cost of repair exceeds the actual cost of the item, this item will be deemed a “TOTAL LOSS” and no refund will be furnished to the customer.
Ownership and storage of a returned item: All return remain property of our customer while it is in our possession for pending repair or pending inspection, any item which has refused repair under warranty due to breach of warranty term and condition, customer must pay for the item so we can return it back or instruct us to dispose it off, we will store the item for 30 days and dispose it off if no instruction received from the customer.
Premium postage: Customer who upgrade their delivery method by paying extra cost if not refundable if the item is returned for refund.
Right to Cancel Order: Customers have the right to cancel their order after placing it. Customers must contact us to cancel an order, and a full refund will be issued within 5 days (this only applies if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been already shipped then please refer to unwanted goods return policy above), all funds will be reimbursed to card/payment source provided at the time of purchase.
Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Refunds by credit card/Paypal account are made to the same credit card/Paypal account that was used for the original purchase.
Manufacturer Warranty: Manufacturer warranty cover motor, internal electrical parts for 12 months and the battery for 6 months only, it does NOT cover accidental damage, heavy impact, water damage, mud damage and normal wear and tear to its shell. HoverKart Seat, Footpad, Handgrip and Velcro strap are deemed as wear and tear accessories which are NOT cover under warranty.
Refunds can take up to 3 days to process.
