What does it mean to be UL 2272 Certified ?

“UL Listed means that UL has tested represented samples of the product and determined that it meets UL’s Requirement’s These requirements are based primarily on UL’s published and nationally recognized Standard for Safety in the USA. References to UL and the UL listing may include the UL Listing Mark.” –Underwriter Laboratories

Does it mean none UL Certified product is dangerous ?

The U.K and E.U quality standard is defined by CE and BS Certified which are common in U.K and Europe, they can be safe if they are real CE & BS standard, however there are no special safety test mark assigned to Hoverboards like UL 2272 which issue and regulate special serial number to the manufacturer by the mean of holographic seal as proof of UL certified product but CE doesn't issue similar seal which are hard to trace and easy to manipulate.

How long the delivery of my Hoverboard will take ?

We dispatch your orders same day if it in stock (Not a Pre-order) and placed before 3:30 p.m Monday-Friday via DPD Ground from our Birmingham warehouse, it will take one working days for delivery in U.K Mainland (Excluding Scottish highland and Islands and N.Ireland)

For delivery outside of U.K Mainland it will take 2-5 days


How fast your Hoverboard can go?

Depending on the Hoverboard model and type of terrain, our Hoverboards can go as fast as 10 miles per hour.

What is the weight limit ?


Our 6.5″ Hoverboard is recommended for riders with a maximum weight of 100kgs, however our larger 8″ and 10″ models can support riders up to 120kgs.

What is the minimum ages ?


Our Hoverboards are considered one of the safest self balancing scooters on the market, however the minimum rider age we recommend is 9 years old and children between the ages of 9 and 15 should be supervised by an adult.

How hard is the learning of riding the Hoverboard ?


It’s actually very intuitive, so once you relax and become accustomed to the feeling, you can expect to be proficient within 20-30 minutes.

How long does a single charge last ?


The Hoverboard’s battery will lasts about 3 to 6 hours or approx. 9-12 miles on a single charge. The duration of the battery is directly dependent upon the weight of the rider and conditions being ridden.
